Four plans, one shared quota and your choice of archiving
Essential, Comfort, Advanced and High volume pair a mailbox limit with a shared quota. The reading cache is unchanged.
How this helps
Choose capacity for your mailboxes and the copies you want to keep. Retained originals and shared files use the same quota, without requiring archiving for every mailbox.
A practical example
Comfort provides five mailboxes and 25 GB. You can keep copies from one mailbox and use the remaining space for shared files; the others continue to use the provider and reading cache.
In practice
Essential provides two mailboxes and 5 GB, Comfort five and 25 GB, Advanced ten and 100 GB, High volume twenty and 500 GB. Indicative monthly prices excluding tax remain €3.90, €6.90, €11.90 and €34.90; annual prices are €39, €69, €119 and €349.
Archiving is chosen per mailbox and covers copies actually made. The separate 512 MiB reading cache is unchanged. A higher plan promises neither faster importing nor a complete backup of all remote email.
Assignment is manual, with no payment or automatic renewal; High volume requires a workspace allowing twenty mailboxes. Existing Access and Storage contracts keep their rights and ten mailboxes, without automatic conversion. High volume remains unavailable until your workspace is authorised for twenty mailboxes.
